This ring comes in a size 7 and is adjustable up to 2 sizes up or down. Once you choose a size for this ring, it should stay that size.  Constant bending of the shank could lead to unwanted wear and tear.  If you require a larger or smaller size than this, please contact me for a special order. Care and Cleaning: It is recommended to use a mild soapy water to clean gemstone jewelry instead of harsh silver cleaners. A polishing cloth can also brighten up the metal when used occasionally. Once this ring is adjusted to fit your finger, it should stay that size. Sterling silver is a softer metal and the constant bending of the shank could cause it to weaken.
