Return Policy

 

 Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to NellMarie Jewelry within 7 business days of receipt of product. Return shipping is at purchaser's expense.

 

**Please note that custom pieces created (e.g. Mother's Jewelry) are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

 

All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise and the original invoice.

 

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

Orders and Cancellation

 

An agreement for NellMarie Jewelry to sell goods is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between purchaser and seller when order is placed. Our charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by purchaser. Placement of an order is a binding agreement.  Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled

 

 

Domestic Shipping

 

NellMarie Jewelry ships all over the United States.  We use FedEx Ground shipping for most orders.  Some items may require a signature on delivery.  Processing times vary from 1-7 business days depending on item availability.  If you need an item rushed, contact us. We are happy to help if we can!

 

 

 

 

Shopping Local?

 

Great! There are some really exciting stores currently selling NellMarie. If you see something in a store you can't find online or vice versa, just ask.  Sizings and repairs on NellMarie Jewelry are subject to the terms of the store you purchase it from.   

Warranty

 

Our goal is to provide high quality products.  Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Any item found to be defective must be returned following the rules of the Return Policy

 

**NellMarie Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.

 

 

 

Warranty on Glass Jewelry

 

NellMarie Glass Jewelry is durable to wear, but should be hung up or stored separately when not being worn.  NellMarie warranties these glass pieces for one year from the purchase date. To receive a warranty repair, ship the piece back to our mailing address with a copy of your receipt.  Repair times vary and are subject to availability.
