This is a reversible ring! On one side is a bezel-set round diamond (.045ct SI-GH). The leaf and vine pattern is high-polished while the background has a sand-blast finish. The other side is set with 20 - 1.5mm (.015ct) natural blue sapphires with a high-polish center. The ring shanks open up and flip around so that the ring can be worn on either side.
